Returning your unwanted items
If you are not satisfied with the look, style, or size of your mirror, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy. The mirror must not have been hung, must be undamaged, and must be returned in its original packaging. Please take clear photos showing the condition of the item before repacking it for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us first. Do not send your item back to the original delivery address. The correct return address will be provided to you via email after you submit your return request. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed and could result in a delay or denial of your refund.
For your convenience, we can arrange collection of the mirror(s). The collection method will depend on the size of the item. Return labels are not necessary, as the return is associated with your original delivery record.
Return charges
If you return a mirror within 14 days of delivery due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, size, or style), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost will be confirmed when your return request is approved.
If the return is due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees in full.

Returning damaged items
Although we carefully inspect all mirrors before dispatch, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
It is important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Items that have been hung will not be eligible for a damage claim.
If damage is reported within 7 days, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement. Reports submitted after 7 days will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
To report damage, please email [email protected] with clear photos of the damage. Once the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with a refund or a replacement according to your preference. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. We will arrange collection of the damaged mirror, or in some cases, ask you to dispose of it—please do not dispose of any item without our written confirmation.

You may unpack and inspect your mirror, but if it has been hung, we cannot accept it for return.
All returned items must be securely packed in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund for items returned in non-resaleable condition.
We do not accept in-person returns at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned item.
Made-to-order items are not covered under the 14-day return policy unless faulty.
