Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. Free shipping is limited to the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. outlying islands). We do not ship to U.S. territories or provide any services to these regions. Orders with addresses in these excluded areas will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is processed and dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.—no minimum purchase required. You will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
If applicable, customs duties or import taxes for different markets are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive this email within 3 days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded as appropriate.
