Delivery
We will deliver the Goods to the address as set out in the Order within the agreed period or within 30 days.
We do not generally deliver outside the USA, and are not responsible for any import duties if we accept such orders.
We may deliver in instalments if necessary.
If you or your nominee fail to take delivery of the Goods, we reserve the right to charge for storage and redelivery.
However, as part of our updated policy, all return-related shipping is free of charge.
The Goods are your responsibility upon delivery.
Inspect the goods within 48 hours. Damaged goods will not be accepted once installed.
Cancellation
You may cancel the Contract within 14 days, unless the goods are made to order.

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned.

Returns
If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery or return within 14 days if items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Items must be securely repacked.
You are not required to pay return shipping charges – returns are free.
